I takt med virksomhedens v\u00e6kst har organisationen ogs\u00e5 \u00e6ndret sig. Der er gennemf\u00f8rt en reorganisering, og flere nye medarbejdere er kommet til. I forbindelse med den planlagte bemanding blev der foretaget en strategisk evaluering af, hvordan vi bedst kunne forme virksomheden videre i en dynamisk form.<\/p>\n<p>Vi gennemf\u00f8rte en intern analyse af organisationen i 2019 og var glade for at konstatere, at vi havde medarbejdere med solid og markedsledende ekspertise inden for vores omr\u00e5der Instrumentation og Chemical Injection. Det g\u00e6lder b\u00e5de produkter, systemer og serviceydelser. Samtidig havde vi et par yngre medarbejdere, som havde reageret meget positivt p\u00e5 at p\u00e5tage sig l\u00e6ring og ansvar, hvilket vi reflekterede over i samme fase.<\/p>\n<p>Med dette fundament f\u00f8lte vi os sikre p\u00e5, at vejen frem med nye ans\u00e6ttelser prim\u00e6rt ville v\u00e6re unge talenter, som virkelig \u00f8nskede at arbejde i vores branche og med vores produkter. Gennem samtaler og interviews fik vi tillid til en model med at ans\u00e6tte en ny generation, som ville l\u00e6re af de etablerede medarbejdere med h\u00f8j ekspertise.<\/p>\n<p>I 2020-2021 har vi nu ansat 6 medarbejdere mellem 21 og 35 \u00e5r i forskellige stillinger i virksomheden. Vi giver de nye medarbejdere ansvar og opgaver, som g\u00e5r ud over, hvad deres tidligere arbejdserfaring l\u00e6gger op til, og vi ser, at responsen er klar: De l\u00e6rer utroligt hurtigt, de er meget interesserede i nye produkter og markeder, og de tilf\u00f8rer virksomheden meget gennem deres talent og indsats.
